Photographing Megan and Kristin’s NJ engagement session was one of the most fun sessions I ever had at a session! We struggled with thinking of exactly what to do for their session and when that happens I always recommend that we just imitate a typical day or favorite thing to do. In this case, bowling and breweries! We spent the afternoon bowling at Pinsetter’s then enjoying a few beers at the nearby Double Nickel Brewery. I truly felt like I was just hanging out with friends and had to keep reminding myself to take pictures and document the day! Their session was the last thing I photographed before quarantine which means I am officially 100% caught up on my blog. I spaced apart sharing my sessions because I wasn’t sure how long it would be until I photographed something new. I am pretty excited to say that starting next weekend I will finally be back out in the world, doing what I love – which is getting to know the amazing couples that chose me to photograph their engagements and weddings. And no offense to all of my other couples, but you have a lot to live up to after Megan & Kristin’s session! And can we all just cross our fingers that their wedding this fall (which is sure to be pretty incredible), and the many others that are scheduled, are not affected by the coronavirus and we can all go back to our normal lives? Ok thanks 🙂
